Is this a real doctor reviewing my prescription?
Yes. Every renewal is reviewed by a board-certified endocrinologist or nurse practitioner licensed in your state. CGMs and insulin are not controlled substances, so they're eligible for asynchronous telehealth in every U.S. state.
What's the difference between the plans?
Pay-Per-Visit ($49) is one renewal with no commitment. Care ($15/month) gives you 4 renewals per year, refill reminders, and price drop alerts. Complete ($25/month) adds priority 12-hour turnaround, extra renewals at $19 each, and an annual T1D supply review.
Can I cancel my monthly plan?
Anytime. One click in your account. No fees, no penalties. Your plan stays active through the end of your billing period.
What if I'm not approved?
You get a full refund (Pay-Per-Visit) or your renewal credit is returned to your account (monthly plans). This is rare for patients with an established T1D diagnosis, but it happens, and we cover it.
